Welcome to your travel website!

The Academy has contracted with a new travel agency - YTB EasyTravel - to assist with all of our club's travel needs.  This arrangement is a fundraiser for our club in which we'll get a portion of all commissions generated through this service. 

Our designated travel agent, Art Vanderpohl, is a member of our club and will assist all team administrators in locating and booking hotel rooms for out of town tournaments. In addition, YTB EasyTravel will be able to assist all of our members as well as families and friends with our personal travel needs. Spread the word and try out the service!  

Family Travel

Click on the Family Travel Site to make personal travel arrangements.  Refer all your family and friends to this site as any travel arrangements made on this site will result in commissions for the club!  The site functions in a similar manner to other travel websites such as Travelocity^® and Orbitz^®.  You can make travel arrangements for:  air, hotel, car rental, vacation packages, cruise packages, ordering flowers online and ordering event and sport tickets.

Team Travel

We have a few options available to assist you in making your team's travel arrangements and for our club to receive a commission in return. Teams are welcome to contact Art Vanderpohl directly via e-mail or by submitting the Hotel Inquiry Form.

You can also contact YTB Travel directly at 618-216-4300 or ascgrouptravel@ytb.com.  Provide the Academy's YTB group ID 367552.

Another option is to use Groople Travel.  Groople can be accessed via the Team Travel Site link. Groople is used worldwide but our link will take you to a web page that was specifically created so the Academy will receive credit for your accommodations.  

Lastly, teams or individuals can also make travel arrangements on their own. If making your own travel arrangements, please fill out and submit our Hotel Commission Form afterward so the Academy can receive credit.

Hotel Inquiry Form

Complete the Hotel Inquiry Form to get assistance with making hotel arrangements for your team's out of town tournament.  After submitting the online form, you will be contacted by Art with possible choices for accommodations.
